Noticed this restaurant for the last few months and was thinking about trying it out. The food rating was important and google ratings and both were exceptionally high.Booked a table online and went there on the weekend. The menu is varied and not complicated to read, the seating is good and the restaurant is well lit and busy which is a plus. Ordered and food took a while which means its fresh and the presentation was excellent, portions are large so even a small rice can feed two people. Tasty food and pleasant staff who take the time to talk. Will return next month and the cost is acceptable and to me not overpriced. Will recommend the Spare ribs as a starter, excellent.

Jim was our server and he really went above and beyond for my mum's birthday. The whole team was just so lovely and chill, it made the whole evening feel relaxed. A really nice touch.

Such a funky spot! The decor is wild, really sets the mood. Had their signature cocktail and the mushroom pasta - the pasta was so creamy and rich, just the right amount of garlic. Staff were super chill and knew the menu inside out.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They got the balance right - attentive but not hovering over you all the time. Made the whole thing feel relaxed.

A real find in Bridgwater. The vibe was just lovely - soft lighting, those little candles on the tables. It felt cosy and unhurried. Staff were really friendly too. Food came out quickly and looked beautiful on the plate.

The courtyard was lovely for lunch on a sunny day. Really enjoyed the relaxed vibe out there, even though the place was packed. Just a nice spot to sit and eat.

Service from Miguel was very good. Attentive and genuinely friendly, which made for a pleasant evening. The food was decent, though the main course arrived a little later than expected.

I'm not usually a tapas person, but this changed my mind. The portions were generous, and the variety was spot on. Every single dish we tried was cooked just right. The service was really friendly too, which made for a relaxed evening.

Been here a few times for a quick bite before heading to the stadium. The lunch special hits the spot, doesn't break the bank. Food's solid, no fuss.

The lunch menu is a solid deal. The staff were really helpful in picking a wine that went with my pasta.

Love popping in here for a bite. The staff are genuinely lovely, which always makes it a nice visit. Had the grilled sea bass last time—cooked just right, skin was super crispy.

Great spot for a quick pint. The beer garden gets all the sun and the river view is nice. Just what you need to unwind for an hour.

Xxxxx We visit the Toby Carvery at Bridgend regularly and find it consistent in both quality of food and service which we would rate as very good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this particular restaurant to anyone for both quality of food and service.

Decent food and service, but the portions are a bit small for the price.

This place is a real find. The sit-down menu is completely different from the takeaway one, which was a nice surprise. I had a lovely, quiet lunch trying some of their specialty dishes. Everything tasted very fresh.

The roast dinner is the star. The beef was tender, the potatoes crispy, and the gravy had that proper homemade depth. Everything tasted cooked just right. Good value for the quality.

Nice spot. The bathroom walls are covered in jokes, which was a fun touch.

Been here a few times. The small fish and chips is a decent portion, honestly fills me up. Good for the price you pay.

The tapas were spot on. Patatas bravas had a nice crispy texture, and the gambas al ajillo were swimming in a garlicky oil that was perfect for dipping bread. Good selection of beers to wash it all down.

They managed our large group booking flawlessly. The pre-order communication was clear and the service never felt rushed, even when busy.

The fish and chips were spot on. The batter was light and crisp, the chips were proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. The mushy peas had a good minty kick. That's what I come for.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Huge portions, the mixed meat special was more than enough for two!

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

Stopped in for a late lunch while in the area. The menu had a good range, plenty of veggie and vegan choices. Went for the vegan burger, it was solid. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. Convenient spot.

Booked a late Sunday lunch. The roast was massive! Tender beef, crispy potatoes, and a whole jug of gravy. The Aperol spritz was a nice touch too. Lauren and the team were lovely.

A nice, cosy pub. The staff were very friendly, let us have our own snacks and helped us set up the pool table. Made for a pleasant, relaxed evening.

Prices were decent for what you get. Had the fish and chips, portion was generous, could easily share. Not the cheapest but felt like a fair deal for the quality.

The local pale ale was the standout. Crisp, hoppy, with a nice citrus finish. The food was solid, but honestly, that beer is the reason I'd think about coming back. They were packed but still got it to the table quick.
