The playlist was a nice touch, kept things relaxed. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and they were fine with a couple of special requests. Decent spot for a quiet morning.

Been going here for years. The lunch buffet is still a solid deal. Food's always hot, tastes like it's just been cooked. Portions are decent, never had a bad meal.

The place is so bright and airy with all the windows. Really comfortable for a relaxed meal. The tables are nicely spaced, which I always appreciate.

Lovely spot, always buzzing. Sat outside on a Saturday and it was surprisingly peaceful, considering how busy it was. The mushroom toast was spot on. Coffee's always good here.

The food was pretty good, especially the paradise drink – very refreshing. The owner, Vic, was really nice. The decor and music make for a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a decent spot.

Decent spot for a casual bite. The steak frites were cooked just right, and the price was fair. Staff were friendly and quick. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

Lovely spot, really liked the decor. The tea was properly hot and the food was fresh, tasted good. Staff were very friendly and attentive, which made it a really comfortable visit.

Don't let the plain front fool you. The food here is solid. We've been back a few times now. The lamb shank last night was fall-off-the-bone tender, really well done. A reliable choice.

Visiting the area and gave this spot a shot. Got a takeout pizza, ready in 10 minutes. Honestly, for the price, it was the best takeout slice I've had in ages. A proper hidden gem.

Got the usual sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. Portions are huge, easily enough for two meals. The rice was a bit greasy this time, but still decent value for the price.

The coffee was just right, and I loved the little slice of lemon drizzle cake. But the chips were the real star - golden and crispy, exactly how they should be. A lovely spot to warm up after a breezy walk.

The steak was cooked just right, juicy and flavourful. The chips were proper thick-cut ones, which I always appreciate. Service was spot-on, attentive without being overbearing. A solid meal.

Loved the vibe here, right by the beach. The paella was loaded with chorizo and prawns, really hit the spot. But those scallops to start… wow. Perfectly seared, so tender. Honestly, that starter alone is worth coming back for.

Love the BLT here, so fresh and tasty. Got it in no time. But honestly, I just come for the window seat. Perfect for watching the world go by on the high street.

The staff were so kind when we had a small hiccup. They handled it with such grace, it really put us at ease. Just a lovely, attentive team.

Service was a bit slow, staff looked rushed. The car park was a bit chaotic with people waiting for orders. I did enjoy the house red with my steak though, a solid pairing.

The toffee pudding was the highlight for me. It's the kind of dessert you think about later. We did have to wait a bit for it, but that warm, sticky sweetness was worth the pause. Everything else was fine, but that pudding is the reason I'd go back.

A halal chippy with veggie options, which is nice. Shame they'd run out of the battered halloumi, but the menu still had plenty to choose from.

Service was really quick and friendly. They even offered to drop our order off at the hotel, which was a nice touch. Made things so easy after a long day.

The birthday discount was a nice touch, they applied it without us even asking. The main dining room has a really lovely, relaxed feel to it, with those big windows letting in all the light. It made for a very pleasant lunch.

A decent spot for Chinese food. The spicy salted squid is really good, crisp and flavourful. The fried rice is a reliable choice too. The place was a bit loud on a Friday evening, but the food came out quickly.

The pork loin roast was a generous plate, with plenty of meat, potatoes, and veg. The space itself is lovely—high ceilings and those big, comfy booths make it easy to settle in for a while.

Tofu in black bean sauce was flavourful and the veg spring rolls tasted fresh. Portions were decent for the price, which is always a plus. I left feeling satisfied without feeling like I'd overpaid.

Lovely spot by the water. The light in the evening was just right, soft and golden. It felt calm. A bit pricey for the portion, but that view... it was nice.

Popped in for breakfast. The menu had a good variety, and the food arrived hot, which was nice. Prices felt very reasonable. My only note is that the chairs were a bit hard for a longer sit.

First time here. The haddock and chips were spot on. Perfectly cooked, crispy batter, fish flaked nicely. That's what I came for. Festive menu looked decent too.

Came with my little one who has allergies. The staff were so careful, double-checking everything. They pointed out a bunch of safe dishes he could actually have. Felt really reassured.

Lovely spot right across from the park. The staff were so friendly and chatty. I had the avocado toast and it was really fresh and nicely plated. A solid choice for a relaxed morning.

The crispy lamb is a real treat, a solid choice I keep coming back for. Paired it with the Chapel Down sparkling Bacchus last time, nice fruity notes. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The ska and reggae playlist was a fun vibe. I tried the jerk chicken—the chicken itself was really fresh and well-seasoned. The portion was generous too. I'd like to go back to try more of their vegetable sides next time.
