Nice spot for a group dinner. The portions are huge, and Jon was great at walking us through the menu. Found a really interesting local red that went surprisingly well with the heavier dishes. A bit loud for my taste, but that's the trade-off for the buzz.

Been coming here for a while now, and the food just never misses. Their lamb shank is so tender it falls right off the bone, and the gravy is just spot on. Honestly, it’s the main reason I keep coming back to this place in Bristol.

Perfect for a cold night. The beer is great, really hits the spot. Staff are quick and friendly. Just what you need for a quick, warming bite.

The pho was spot on - rich broth, tender beef, and fresh herbs. Mini, our server, remembered how I like my noodles and kept the tea coming. A really nice touch that made the meal.

Decent spot on Regent Street, convenient for a quick solo lunch. Counter seating is efficient, lets you watch the kitchen. Had the set lunch, portion was fine for the price. Service was prompt, got me in and out in under an hour. Would work again for a business meeting nearby.

Decent food, plenty of choice which is good for my friend who's veggie. The coffee was actually really nice. But honestly, for the price I was expecting a bit more on the plate. Portions felt a little small.

Jordan was so helpful with gluten-free options for my friend. Made our catch-up dinner stress-free!

The curried goat was the highlight. It's rich and flavourful, not overly sweet like some places do it. The seasoning was spot on. A really nice, comforting dish.

Came for a quiet dinner, the food was spot on. The real highlight for me was the wine list – they had a great selection of local reds that paired beautifully with the steak. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. A very solid evening out.

They read my note for the birthday order, which was a really nice touch. The food still tasted great even delivered.

Nice spot for a drink. The back garden theatre is a fun touch. My Negroni was well-balanced, not too sweet. Just a bit pricey for the portion, but the vibe is relaxed.

Third year for Christmas lunch, already booked for 2026. The chips and homemade tartare sauce are spot on. A glass of their house red was a perfect match for the festive mood.

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of dishes, including an impressive Indian curry and lamb shank, making it a great dining option for hotel guests.

As someone who avoids dairy, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu here. Plenty of tasty options that didn't feel like an afterthought. The staff was really helpful when I had questions too.

Owen at the bar was on top of things even during the rush. Drinks came quickly, service was sharp. Solid spot for an after-work pint.

Been coming here for years and the burgers are consistently juicy and well-seasoned. That's why I keep coming back.

Came here with friends last weekend and the mushroom bourguignon was a total winner for us veggies. We grabbed a table outside in the sun and it was just the right spot for a long catch-up. A bit of a wait for the food, but we were chatting anyway.

Been here a few times for a quick bite before heading to the stadium. The lunch special hits the spot, doesn't break the bank. Food's solid, no fuss.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Food was decent, though the main course arrived a little later than expected. A pleasant evening overall.

We enjoyed every course! I especially was impressed with alcohol-free matching drinks. I didn’t expect much but it was so exciting! We have been here several times and the menu does change and surprises you. My husband and I were a happy couple leaving the restaurant last night.

Got lucky with a walk-in on a Tuesday. Place was still pretty busy though. Food came out quick, which is what I needed. Solid spot for a quick lunch.

The Olive Tree breakfast is lovely. Service was friendly and the seats are comfortable, which made for a relaxing morning.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Found this little spot while wandering around. The quiche was incredible - super flaky crust and the filling was just right. Salad was fresh and the portion was huge, couldn't finish it all!

Huge portions, the mixed meat special was more than enough for two!

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

First time here and the vibe was just right. Cosy lighting, soft chatter, not too loud. Felt like you could actually unwind over a meal. The truffle pasta was lovely, but the portion was a touch small for the price. Still, a nice spot.

Stopped in for a late lunch while in the area. The menu had a good range, plenty of veggie and vegan choices. Went for the vegan burger, it was solid. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. Convenient spot.

Booked a late Sunday lunch. The roast was massive! Tender beef, crispy potatoes, and a whole jug of gravy. The Aperol spritz was a nice touch too. Lauren and the team were lovely.
