The staff were so nice and understanding when I asked for a few tweaks to my order. Food came out quickly and was still really good quality. Just a solid, no-fuss spot.

The cod was spot on today - really moist inside and the batter was perfectly crispy. The curry sauce was lovely too, went really well with the chips. Everything came out piping hot.

The location's spot on, right on the main street. Easy to find and a big plus for me was the large car park just around the corner. Makes popping in for a quick bite so much simpler when you don't have to hunt for a space.

Service was fine, they were quick and got the order right. Nothing fancy, but they didn’t hover which I appreciated. Just a straightforward, polite team.

Our go-to for a quick catch-up! The portions are huge, perfect for sharing.

Booked a table for six, no fuss at all. The veggie options are solid – had the mushroom risotto. Their wine list is decent, found a nice Pinot Noir that worked well with it. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the service was smooth.

The staff were really attentive with my dairy-free request and even adjusted the curry's sweetness. A very considerate spot.

Lovely, warm space. The decor is thoughtful without being overdone. We sat by the window and the whole place just felt clean and inviting. Food arrived promptly, which was nice.

Stopped in for a quick pint after a late meeting. The ale was spot on, properly kept and poured. Staff were efficient. A solid, no-fuss spot to unwind for an hour.

It gets packed on weekends, so be ready for a bit of a wait. The staff are doing their best to keep up though.

We ordered the grilled salmon for my birthday dinner. Loved how fresh the fish was, and the portion of greens on the side was generous. A nice, simple meal that felt good.

The espresso martini was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the negroni was spot on. Classic, bitter, with a nice orange peel. That's the one I'd order again.

The narrowboat seating is such a fun touch. Really adds to the quirky, cosy vibe. A unique spot for a relaxed meal.

The Sunday roast beef was spot on, not dry at all. Veg were nicely done too. Good portion for the price.

Great spot for a pint, especially with the dog. Staff were really helpful finding us a table when it was packed.

Been coming here for years, and it's always a relief to know they're dog-friendly. Perfect spot to grab a coffee after a long walk with the pup. He gets a water bowl, I get my flat white. Just a simple, reliable thing they've always done right.

Nice spot for a casual pint. Plenty of space inside, and the outdoor seating is decent too. Grabbed a lager with a mate after work, easy and relaxed. Nothing fancy, just what you need sometimes.

Mixed grill was so good, the meat was super tender! Portions are massive though, we had to share. Perfect for a big group dinner, just make sure you're really hungry.

George was a star. His wine recommendation was spot on and he kept the glasses topped up. Really made the evening.

Great for a quick bite. The bacon is thick and tasty, portions are generous. Got my breakfast sorted in no time. Good value.

Been coming here for years, and the consistency is impressive. Service is prompt, food arrives hot. The steak pie is always solid. Good for a reliable business lunch.

The all you can eat breakfast is a great idea. The staff were so friendly and made it a really relaxed meal.

Grabbed a takeaway from here, and it was super quick. The food was spot on and felt like proper, authentic stuff. Really good value for the money, too.

Presentation was on point. The way they plated the salmon, with those little herb sprigs and the sauce drizzle... really nice. Service matched it.

Celebrated my 40th here. Gosia’s service was spot-on, really attentive without being overbearing. The food was lovely, though my main course arrived just a touch cooler than I’d prefer. Still, a nice evening.

Been ordering their pad thai for years, both dine-in and takeout. It's always fresh, never soggy. The portion size is generous enough that I usually get lunch the next day from it. Honestly, for the price, that's what keeps me coming back.
