Popped in for a quick bite and it was a fun change of pace. The food was creative, I tried the crispy eggplant dish and it was interesting. Prices felt okay for this part of town.

Found street parking easily, which is a big deal out here. Felt like a real neighbourhood spot, the regulars clearly love it. My main was a solid size for the price, no complaints there.

Been here a few times. The chef's menu is $128. Good amount of food. The kingfish ceviche was fresh, and the wagyu skewers were cooked just right. Sourdough with that burnt honey butter is a must.

The food was very tasty and the quantities were good. The staff were attentive and very polite. The restaurant was not full so there was no noise. We frequently buy takeaway and enjoyed a night dining in

Nice spot for a quiet dinner outside. The waitress was helpful with portion sizes. Food was pretty good, though the pasta could have been a bit warmer.

Cozy spot, good vibe. Had the lamb shank, cooked perfectly, fell off the bone. The mash was smooth and buttery. A bit of a wait for a table, but it was busy. Solid meal.

The sushi here really stood out for me. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, and the rice had just the right amount of seasoning. It felt like a genuinely healthy and balanced meal. I appreciate when you can taste the quality of the ingredients.

Good spot in The Star food court. Seating is comfortable and the area is clean. Had the lunch special, decent portion for the price. Service was quick, got my order in under 10 minutes. Handy for a business lunch.

Solid choice for vegetarians. The menu has a good range of meat-free dishes, and the quality was consistent across what we ordered. Portion sizes are decent. Service was efficient.

The fried tenders are spot on every time. Crispy outside, juicy inside. The buffalo chicken sandwich has a nice kick to it, not too crazy.

Very nice dinner had here. The pastas were very tasty, salted calamari and salad, everything was really yummy.

The char kway teow was spot on - the noodles had that perfect smoky, slightly chewy bite. Really hit the spot. Decent size portion for what you pay.

Marwa was our waitress and she really knew the menu. Her suggestions were spot on, especially the grilled octopus. Service was friendly and quick, never had to ask for a refill. Made for a relaxed dinner.

Stumbled on this place by accident. The kimchi tofu soup was really flavourful, the fermented kimchi made it taste deep and rich. Had it with rice, hit the spot on a chilly day.

The Peking-style pork ribs were the highlight for me. The glaze had that perfect sweet and savoury balance, and the meat just fell off the bone. Really hit the spot.

Portions are huge for the price. The six-person banquet had XO scallops and steamed fish. Solid value.

Been here a few times. The set menu's got a good mix of fresh stuff. That baklava ice cream sandwich was a real treat, and I don't even go for sweets much.

Been coming here for years. The beef ragu is always spot on, pasta cooked just right. Sauce has a good, deep flavour to it. Never disappoints.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills, food is simply amazing, service great and a nice vibe. We will be back

The 10-seat counter is perfect for watching the chefs work. The sommelier's wine pairing suggestion really complemented the first course.

Solid Vietnamese spot. The crab and prawn rolls were fresh, meat was tender as described. Good range of entrees, and they clearly mark gluten-free/veggie options which is helpful. Staff were efficient.

Cozy French spot in Chatswood. Had the escargots in garlic butter. Classic. The bread was good for soaking it all up. Nice relaxed vibe.

This is definitely a place for a special night out. The ingredients felt so fresh and you could tell they put a lot of care into each dish.

Been coming here for years. The fried rice is always spot on, simple and tasty. Great spot to sit outside and watch the world go by. Prices are fair for the location.

The owner and staff are efficient and friendly. My usual breakfast order is ready in under a minute, which is ideal for a quick stop before work. A reliable spot when you're short on time.

The owner really knows the food. Explained the specials in detail and how they adjusted a dish for my allergy. Still tasted spot on.

Tried the vegan set menu on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Each course felt thoughtful, not just a bunch of salads. The mushroom starter was my favourite – really savoury. Cocktails were a nice match. Good spot for something a bit different.
