Waste of time booking. Rude woman &lsquo;Valentina&rsquo; who does her best to ignore you says you&rsquo;re not booked even though I&rsquo;ve got multiple reminder emails and a text on my phone- it didn&rsquo;t matter that people were just walking in and sitting down but us with the booking it seemed to be a problem.She served people and then walked off when I was next in the queue, she then grabbed another member of staff and did her best to distract them from serving when they came out of the kitchen. Once we&rsquo;d finished eating and popped over to order the deserts, again she walked off. Really awful customer service. All other staff members completely lovely, friendly and helpful!

The Maynard Arms has a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the back garden, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed outing with friends. The staff, particularly Maggie, are incredibly welcoming and attentive.
