Been coming here for years. The cooking is seriously good, you can tell they put real care into every dish. It's a proper step up from your average curry spot.

Busy spot, but got a table on a Friday! The vibe was really friendly, and the pasta was spot on. Definitely book ahead though, especially for weekends.

Popped in for a solo curry, and the plum porter was a really good call. Staff were super friendly, made it a nice relaxed lunch.

Had a lovely catch-up with friends here. The staff were so attentive and hands-on, which really made the evening relaxed for our group. My friend's kids loved their meals too. Just a really nice, easy vibe for a casual dinner out.

Great spot for our yearly Christmas get-together with the girls! The staff were so nice and made it really easy to relax.

I am local and have always loved this place. I’m afraid we locals still refer to it as "The Foaming Jug". There is a lovely "olde worlde’ ambience about the place and the staff always so friendly and "nice". Needless to say the food is excellent.

Been coming here for years after shows at the venue. It's always that same warm welcome and a solid, tasty meal. Never had a bad night. Prices are fair, which is a big part of why I keep coming back.

Kids eat free is a solid deal. Portions are big for what you pay, no complaints there. My little one cleared his plate, which says a lot. Good for a casual family meal when you just want something straightforward.

I come here quite often, and it's always reliable. The booths are really comfortable, which makes a difference when you're settling in for a meal. It's my go-to spot around here.

Rhia was so welcoming and polite. The desserts looked amazing and tasted even better. The place felt cozy, a nice spot for families.

Sunny was so attentive and friendly. The whole team made sure we were comfortable, and the evening felt really relaxed. It's a lovely spot for a quiet meal.

Amy was super helpful with my food allergy questions. Food came out quick, tasted good. Perfect for a quick lunch.

Clean and comfortable spot, food came out quickly. Good for a relaxed meal, though it can get loud with big groups.

Birthday dinner. Staff were really attentive. Checked in just enough. Made it feel like a proper occasion.

The server was super helpful, really took her time explaining the menu. Knew all the specials inside out. Made choosing a lot easier. That kind of attention is nice.

The Sunday carvery is a real treat. The roast beef is always cooked just right, not dry at all. It's become our go-to for a relaxed weekend lunch. The only thing is, the queue can get a bit long, but it moves quickly.

The coffee here is so good. Had a proper flat white with breakfast, which was cooked fresh. Really set me up for the day.

We came with a big group and they were very accommodating. The place is spotless. A nice touch was a staff member showing my curious kid around the kitchen. Food was decent, though service got a bit slow later on.

Grabbed the cauliflower starter and scallop & pork belly. Both came out super quick, perfect for a fast lunch. The mini dessert was a nice little bonus. Good for a quick bite.

Loved the upstairs area for our Sunday lunch! It's so quiet and cosy, perfect for catching up with friends. The old building has so much character too. A really lovely spot.

This restaurant is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a meal, with a welcoming atmosphere and dependable service.

Really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are here. The chicken had that nice, clean taste, and the salads were crisp. You can tell they focus on quality produce. Just what I look for.

Been coming here for years. The Sunday roast is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back.

Had a quick breakfast here with a friend. The food came out fast and was actually pretty tasty. I liked that they had a few local beers on tap too, even though it was a bit early for that! 😄

We booked for 12:30 thinking it would be quieter than 1… absolutely manic but the service was quick and the food was great. Had a short wait in a queue for the carvery but it was worth it. Food extremely fresh and staff busy swapping stuff over for freshly made food.Despite the business no issues and served good food quickly. Pudding and bottomless drinks also great. They didn’t actually have our Fork booking but got us in. No fault of the Fork - Toby had booked us somewhere miles away…

Booked for Sunday lunch, place was packed. Service got a bit slow when they were full, but expected that. Food came out fine in the end.

The booking was made for 8:30 but the restaurant didn't open until 9 , but they served us anyway which was great, the breakfast was very good 100% visit again

The plaice was perfectly cooked, swimming in butter. The hazelnut parfait was lovely too. What really stood out was the service – friendly and relaxed, they never rushed us out even at the end of the night.

Convenient location just outside Stratford with plenty of parking. The fish and chips portion was huge, easily enough for two. Price was fair for what you get.

Lovely old-world charm, the building is beautifully maintained. The bar area is particularly nice - had a great cocktail that paired well with my starter. A bit pricey for the drinks, but the setting was worth it.
