As someone who pays close attention to drink pairings, I was impressed. They had a good selection of wines that worked well with the gluten-free options. The staff knew their stuff when I asked for suggestions. Made the whole meal much smoother.

Popped in for an early dinner. The sizzling steak was really fresh, you could tell it wasn't sitting around. Got a bit noisy later on when it filled up, but the staff were still sound.

Nice open space and the coffee is consistently good. Staff are friendly too.

The Lebanese chicken was the star. Juicy, with that perfect char and a herb marinade that really came through. I don't usually do seafood, but this made the visit worthwhile.

Stopped in for dessert after a walk. The outdoor seating was nice, and the staff were polite. That's about it. The place is fine for what it is.

Been coming here for years, it's our local spot. The food's always solid and the vibe is just really welcoming. Not a fancy place, but feels like home.

Really enjoyed the mixed starter, so many different flavours and textures. The kung po chicken was the star though – just the right amount of heat and crunch. Staff were lovely when we asked to swap a side.

The Sri Lankan curries here are so fresh. You can really taste the quality in the vegetables and the spices, they don't feel heavy at all. It's a nice change from the usual takeaway options. A bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for good ingredients.

Decent dim sum selection here. The har gow wrappers were nicely thin, and the filling had a good bite. They also do this dice game thing where you can win a free meal, which was a fun touch.

The Sunday roast beef was cooked just right, still a bit pink inside. The Yorkshire pudding was huge and crispy on the edges, perfect for soaking up all the gravy. Could have used a bit more horseradish sauce though.

Service was efficient, food was prepared just right. Had the grilled salmon, it was a decent portion and cooked well. A bit on the pricey side, but fine for a quiet weeknight dinner.

First time trying their sizzling ginger beef. It came out on a hot plate, still sizzling and smelling incredible. The beef was really tender and the ginger flavour was spot on. A solid find.

The crispy duck is the star. Skin is perfectly crisp, meat stays moist. The fried rice with vegetables is a solid side, good texture. Portions are generous. That's what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, and the portions are still just as generous as ever. I’ve tried most things on the menu over time, and it’s always a solid, filling meal. That’s what keeps me coming back.

Came for the early bird specials and wasn't disappointed! The menu had so many options it was hard to choose. Ended up with the seafood pasta and it was spot on. The place itself is lovely and clean, felt really welcoming.

The lamb qouzi was lovely and tender. Portions are generous for the price, which is nice. I found the booth seating quite comfortable for a relaxed meal.

The Malaysian beef was spicy and full of flavour, with really tender meat and big chunks of veg. That was the standout for me. The chicken fried rice was fine, had plenty of chicken in it.

The train carriage seating is such a fun idea. I loved the view of the lake from our table. The menu had a few nice salads, which was perfect for me. My grilled chicken salad was fresh, with crisp greens. A lovely spot for a light lunch.

Been coming here for decades, honestly. Still the best Indian takeaway in town. Food's always spot on, and it's ready in minutes. My go-to for a quick lunch.

The portions are huge and everything comes out piping hot. Really appreciate that for a quick, affordable lunch.

Found this place by chance. Portions are huge, honestly couldn't finish my plate. The lamb shank was spot on. Staff were really friendly and checked on us a few times.

Been coming here for years. Staff are always friendly and quick, even on a packed Friday night. The new decor is nice, makes it feel a bit cosier for a quick bite.

The sommelier really knew her stuff, especially with those new world wines. Made the whole thing feel a bit more special.

Stumbled in for lunch and got the halloumi sandwich. Really hit the spot, and the price was right. Just a bit of a squeeze between the tables, that's all.

The burger was the real deal. Juicy patty, melted cheese, soft bun. Just a solid, straightforward burger done right. That's what I came for.

Been coming here for years, their pizza's always solid. The cheese pulls just like you see on the telly. Tried the white chocolate and lime cheesecake last time, that was a nice change.

The burgers are really good, but I did find the side of fries a bit on the small side. The staff were lovely and suggested the large portion next time, which was a nice touch.
