Hassan and Muneeb were great. Really attentive, remembered our drinks from last time. Made a casual dinner feel a bit more special.

Nice, clean place and the staff were lovely. But honestly, the food is what I&rsquo;ll remember. Had the grilled sea bass &ndash; cooked perfectly, skin was crisp, and the flavours were just spot on. Really hit the spot.

A decent fish and chips spot, a bit of a find in Headingley. The fish is fried fresh, so you do wait a few minutes. Batter was crisp, not too heavy, and the fish itself was nicely flaky. Pretty good for the price.

Tried the Sicilian calzone on Bishopthorpe Road. It was massive, each bite had something different - the mozzarella was really good and the tomato sauce rich. Finished with a scoop of their fresh ice cream from the bar. Solid spot.

The beef stroganoff pie was the special. Really generous filling, you could tell it was all homemade. The flavour was spot on, not too heavy. Just a good, solid pie.
