On a recent visit to Bettys Cafe and Tea Room in Harrogate, I was completely charmed. From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and gentle buzz of conversation made me feel right at home. The staff were lovely and guided my wife and I to a cozy corner overlooking the memorial. We had a cheese scone and a fruit tart to share and for drinks we had a hot chocolate and a latte. The scone was heavenly scones, and the tart was fresh and tasty, it looked almost too good to eat. The m whole experience was lovely. This visit tells me why Bettys is such a beloved spot, offering elegance with a touch of nostalgic charm.#bettystearoom#harrogate

Lovely spot. The food was fresh and tasty, and honestly, the prices are really good. The whole place just feels clean and well-kept, which I always appreciate.

The granola slice from the cake counter is the thing. It's got a good chew, not too sweet, and the oats still have some bite to them. That's what I came back for.

I was really impressed with the value for money! The meal and drink deal for £10 was a steal, and the chicken burger was tasty and satisfying.

I had the N'duja scrambled eggs for brunch, and they were so delicious that I didn't need to eat again for the rest of the day! The staff were cheerful and efficient, making the experience even better.

Been coming here for years. Their build-your-own breakfast is the reason I keep coming back. You can always count on the quality, even if it's a bit pricier than other spots. It's just consistently good.

The new look is really well done, feels like they put a lot of thought into it. I had a jacket potato and it was the best part of the visit.

A proper pub with a lot of character. The coal fire makes it wonderfully cosy on a cold day. The staff are friendly and the seating is comfortable, which makes for a very relaxed visit.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff, especially Louise, were incredibly helpful and made the night enjoyable. Highly recommend for a fun night out.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The beef dinner plate looked fantastic, and my breakfast was solid. Real highlight was the rhubarb crumble. Place is super clean, owner is nice. Perfect for a fast, tasty bite.

Been coming here for breakfast for a year now. I really appreciate the consistent quality. The scones are always fresh and not overly sweet, which I look for. A solid choice for a simple, wholesome start to the day.

I really appreciate the focus on local crafts and the fresh ingredients used in their small plates. The atmosphere is lovely for a quiet lunch.

The pistachio gelato is so good, I keep dragging friends here. The amarena cherry is another winner. It's the perfect spot for a quick treat after a movie or shopping. The four cheese toastie is a solid savoury option too.

Dog friendly and the prawn sandwich was fantastic. Really comfortable bar stools for watching the world go by.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and is perfect for a casual meal. The staff are always welcoming and the food quality is consistently good.

Popped in for a quick bite. The spicy buttery sourdough pancakes were a nice surprise, really hit the spot. Coffee was good and strong. Just what you need on a busy day.

Popped in for a quick bite. The place is really clean and modern, not your usual takeout spot. Had a seat, food looked nice and tasted good. Just a chill spot to grab something.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was spot on, especially the lamb shank - cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. Nice atmosphere too.

The coffee is reliably good, but I wish they had more interesting options for pairing with pastries. The staff are always lovely.

The staff were really friendly and helped us pick a wine. We had a lovely bottle of red that went perfectly with our food. The whole place just felt welcoming and clean, which made for a nice, relaxed evening.

Really appreciated the vegan milkshakes here. The buckwheat galette was decent too. It's just nice to find a spot that actually has options for different diets, makes things simpler.

Cool old building, nice terrace. Had the pasta special, it was good but a bit pricey. Solid spot for a casual dinner.

Popped in for a quick breakfast after an appointment nearby. The full English was decent, but honestly, for £12.50, I expected a bit more on the plate. Just felt a little light for the price.

We had a brilliant time at the bottomless brunch! The cocktails were creative and the food was spot on. The service from Megan and Ash was friendly and efficient, making it a delightful experience.

The steak was cooked just right, and the wine list had some interesting local options. Went for a bold red that paired nicely. A bit on the pricier side for the portion, but the flavours were spot on.

Great spot for a catch-up with mates. Just drinks, no food, but the vibe is right for a chilled evening.

Decent spot for a quick lunch. Plenty of space inside, wasn't crowded at all. Noticed a small play area for kids too, handy if you're with little ones. Food came out fast, which is what I needed.
