Decent spot for a pint. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch, especially on a sunny afternoon. Bit of a walk from the tube, but the location near the high street is handy for meeting up.

Their Margherita is my go-to. The crust has that perfect crisp, the sauce is tangy, and the mozzarella is so fresh. It&rsquo;s just consistently good every single time.

Ive not been in the Cardigan Arms for around 30 years. I was delighted that the magnificent decor, furniture and layout hadnt been changed and that they were now serving food. I had a fabulous beef Sunday roast and my neighbour had succulent gammon, Yorkshire puds etc. I asked for extra gravy, which was delicious and horse raddish.  The staff were really helpful, infact quite charming.  A good selection of beers, wines and a well stacked bar.  Easy access from the street and plenty of parking. As an ex-Secret Diner, it really ticked all the boxes for me.  Thanks Liam, your a great chef

The gluten-free pizza base was surprisingly good. They had a decent wine selection to go with it, which was a nice touch.

Lovely Sunday lunch spot. Cozy and laid-back, just what I needed. Had tea by the fire afterwards, watching the cathedral through the window. A really peaceful moment.
