Booked ahead and glad we did. The lady who served us was so friendly, took time to explain all the spices they use. Really appreciated that chat. The prawn dish we tried was spot on.

Love the quirky decor here, really sets a different vibe from your usual Indian spot. Those comfy booths are a winner.

Food arrives as it's ready, so the table kept moving even on a busy Friday. Portions are generous - left comfortably full. Good for a quick business meal.

The mango salad is a lifesaver on a hot day. Their wine list has a decent rosé that pairs nicely with it.

We're regulars here, and the lunch deal is the main draw. You get a proper main course plus a house cocktail or a glass of wine for the price. It's a solid deal for the quality you get, makes a weekday lunch feel a bit more special.

The ginger and chocolate orange cookies are thick, just how I like them. Not too sweet either, which is a nice change. Grabbed a couple with my coffee this morning.

Didn't book, but the wait was short. The vibe was really fun and lively. Food was spot on - that grilled octopus starter was a highlight, perfectly tender. Didn't feel expensive at all.

Popped in for afternoon tea. The scones were warm, clotted cream generous. Nice spot, felt like a proper treat. A bit pricey but the setting made up for it.

Came with friends and we all went for the set menu. Good portions for the price, and everything arrived pretty quickly. Perfect for a casual catch-up where you don't want to wait ages between dishes.

The service was lovely and attentive. Our server was really knowledgeable about the menu and could tell me exactly which dishes were dairy-free. Made choosing so much easier. A very pleasant evening.

Finally found a gluten-free pizza that actually tastes good! The base is made in-house and doesn't feel like cardboard. So nice to have a proper option for dinner with friends.

Food's always good, you can pick your spice level. Servers are friendly and know the menu.

As an Italian, I can confirm the pizza here is authentic. The dough and imported toppings are spot on.

Really impressed by how they focus on British produce and hyper-seasonality. You can genuinely taste the quality in the local ingredients – the asparagus starter was so fresh and vibrant. Just a lovely, thoughtful approach.

A lovely family-run place. The staff are so friendly, they really make you feel welcome. It's a very comfortable spot to have a quiet meal. The tables are well-spaced, which I appreciated.

Maatrika was so kind and warm, really made us feel welcome. I noticed the vegetables in my curry were incredibly fresh, you could taste the difference. That personal touch goes a long way.

The beef bourguignon was the star for me. The beef was so tender it just fell apart, and the mash was lovely and creamy. I’d go back just for that.

Came across this place because of the incredible smell wafting down the street! Had to try it. The ice cream dessert was the real standout for me – never tasted anything quite like it. Really interesting texture and flavour combo.

Been coming here for years, and the small plates are always spot on. The pig cheeks are consistently tender, and the mackerel is just as good as I remember. It's that reliability that keeps me coming back.

The Dutch fries here are a winner. Seriously crispy outside, super fluffy inside. The seasoning is just right, not too salty. Good size portion for what you pay.

Lots of tasty veggie dishes here. I really appreciate that they don't feel heavy or oily. The ingredients tasted so fresh, especially in the seasonal greens. It's nice to find a place that focuses on clean, simple flavours.

Been coming here for years. The seafood options are always spot on and a nice change from the usual curry house stuff.

Mixed grill for lunch. Meat was cooked right, good seasoning. Quick delivery too, spotted a deal on the app. Solid option when you need a fast, filling bite.

Been coming here for years, quality is always decent. The takeaway option is handy too. It’s a reliable spot, though the dining area can feel a bit cramped at times.
