I woke up from a sleepless night and ate the donkey meat hot buns I had been craving for. They were not the usual long strips or round ones, but almost square, hollow in the middle. Even when there was no meat in them, they were plump and bulging. A small slit was opened at the top, and the meat was stuffed in little by little with a spoon.
