The overall food quality is excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes available to choose from.

The skewers were cooked just right. I went for the salt-grilled ones mostly&mdash;the pork belly and chicken wings were spot on. The sauced ones were a bit heavy for me, but still fine. A solid choice for a quick bite.

Right by Sendai Station&#39;s west exit, B1 floor. Easy to miss. The portions are huge for the price, no extra charge for bigger sizes. Had the grilled beef tongue set, very generous. Good for a hungry traveler.

Huge portions, the green onion rice is massive. Good for a quick lunch, they even throw in a boiled egg.

Service was efficient. Staff refilled water and cleared plates between courses without being intrusive. Felt like a well-run, upscale place.

The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the wild vegetable tempura had a nice variety. I enjoyed a glass of sake with the sashimi, which was a good match. Just a heads up, if you&#39;re seated at a regular table, there&#39;s no call button, so you have to get up to flag down a server.

Stepped back in time here. The old photos and wooden decor felt like my grandparents&#39; house. A unique, cozy vibe for sure.

I love the retro Showa vibe here, feels like stepping back in time. Came for the gyoza and a local beer after work. They were so crispy and juicy, perfect with a cold one. 😋 There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it for that classic taste.
