桃子妖妖妖二十多年的烩面老店，就是汤底有点儿咸从河南博物院出来，接受了一下午文化熏陶的我们，才想起来中午着急参观，连午饭都还没吃，早已饥肠辘辘。好在提前在网上查过，酒店对面就有一家开了二十年的烩面老店，惠丰源烩面馆，直奔饭店，却吃了个闭门羹。这就是郑州老店的做派，只在饭点营业，其余时候看心情。卖早餐的就是卖早餐，胡辣汤一般中午就不卖了，烩面板面就是正餐，十一点开业，早饭绝对吃不到。卖正餐的店下午两点以后肯定休息，休到五点还是六点，这就看老板的习惯了，他家是五点半开始营业，回屋休整一下，五点半又来一次，终于吃上了。吃烩面主要是为了娃，一会儿还要吃别的，所以就没点别的东西，直接要了两大碗烩面，18一碗，有香菜木耳豆腐皮，没有大葱，很好，适合我们家。店里装修很古朴，长长窄窄的一溜，散台二十来张方桌，还有包间。桌子用黄铜制作，一张桌子460斤，好处是很显贵气，并且特别稳，在这吃面，完全不用担心谁不小心碰到桌子把你的面撞翻，因为根本连晃都晃不动。我们打趣说，这样也挺好，什么时候不想干了，卖桌椅也能挣个养老钱。交完钱给烩面票，上面以后收回，我都多少年没见过这玩意儿了，小时候在我们县里的国营烩面店吃饭才能见到的东西，从一个侧面证明他家是实打实的老店了。面上的挺快，要了个小碗分面，开吃。汤底是正宗的羊肉汤底，不说多惊艳，但扎扎实实，味道很厚重，就是有点儿咸了。烩面抻的也很标准，不像有些店偷工减料整得很厚。加上羊油辣子，就是一碗标准的河南烩面。面量不算大，但好处就是离河南博物院特别近，参观时顺便来喝一碗特别方便。我吃有点儿咸，但我娃不喝羊汤，是把烩面捞出来干吃的，她这个吃法就正好，面上没汤就不那么咸了。她吃的很开心，所以第二天中午又陪她来吃了一顿，给五一的郑州之旅画上一个圆满的句号。
