TheForkUserThis was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing! The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.

TheForkUserBoth the food and service were exceptional. The bruschetta appetizer featured an excellent variety of flavors. The lamb had great flavor and was expertly plated. Large side salad of mixed greens with tomatoes and shaved carrots was a perfect addition to the meal. Overall an excellent experience at very reasonable prices. I was left full, but not that sick feeling when having a heavy meal. It was light but fulfilling. This is my second visit to this restaurant, the first being last May with my entire family, and both times my experience was the same. Consistency is key to keeping customers, and I will definitely be returning.

All 3 of us selected the varied degustazione menu, and we were well rewarded. Caponata with fish and sea-arancina stand out among the trio of antipasti. Seafood Pasta was divine, lavishly mixing a generous proportion of pasta with perfectly seasoned and cooked fish, capers, tomatoes. Manna. Excellent second dishes. An equally amazing choice of desserts. Must return soon to test more from the intriguing menu.
