The pho here is seriously good. Broth's got real depth, not that watery stuff you get in most places. Noodles have the right chew too. Tried the summer rolls with shrimp as well, they were fresh and the shrimp actually tasted like something. Probably the closest I've gotten to Vietnam without hopping on a plane. Worth the detour if you're in the area.

Went with a few friends and honestly the sharing plates saved us—we got to try way more than usual. The food was pretty creative, not your standard stuff. Our waitress was super on it, switching between Swiss German and English without missing a beat. Space looks great but it did get loud later. Fun spot for a casual catch-up though 🙂

The cappuccino and cornetto were spot on for breakfast — simple and fresh. Didn’t try the evening aperitivo, but the place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Hosts were friendly too.

The gnocco fritto was still warm when it hit the table, soft and slightly oily in the best way. Tagliatelle bologna mon amour had that rich, slow-cooked depth you don't find often. You can tell they didn't cut corners on the imported stuff. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

I highly recommend Anamira for its creative menu and personal service. The risotto is a must-try, and they offer a great selection of gluten-free options.

Been coming here for a while now, and the service is the reason I keep going back. They remember us, and last time they made something simple for the kids when they didn't want fish. That kind of attention is why I trust this place.

Dosas were solid and the chutney hit the right note. A bit crowded at lunch, but the filter coffee made up for it. Fair prices for Zurich.

I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food at Soul St. The Black Angus meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the presentation of each dish was visually appealing. A great choice for anyone who appreciates high-quality ingredients.

The Siciliana pizza really stood out—fried aubergines on top, and the dough was properly light and chewy. Probably one of the better ones I’ve had in a while. They had some Christmas decorations up inside, which gave it a nice vibe. Only thing: it got pretty loud by the time we finished. Still, I’d go back just for that pizza.

Went with the chef's surprise. Wagyu was solid, rhubarb dessert too. Staff even grabbed a burger for my husband—unexpected but nice touch. Kind of a memorable night, though not cheap.

The art-meets-food concept is what got me in. Plates looked like mini installations, and the taste actually matched the looks. Staff clearly into what they do. Not the fastest service, but I wasn't in a rush. Cool spot for a different kind of lunch break.

Been coming here for years and the sushi stays consistently fresh. Price is steep, but honestly the fish quality holds up against places in Paris I've paid way more for.

Stopped by for a quiet dinner and grabbed the veggie sushi plate plus gyoza. Sweet potato chips were decent too. Service was fast and friendly, no complaints there. Place has a cozy vibe, not too loud. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Solid fried chicken, crispy and juicy. Mac and cheese was kinda bland though. Vibe was chill, staff friendly. Good spot for comfort food in Zurich.

Been coming here for a while now. The croquetas are still as good as the first time—crispy, creamy, just right. Place is tiny though, so you gotta book ahead. Service stays friendly even when it's packed. Not the cheapest, but I keep going back for those patatas bravas.

The Wiener schnitzel was crispy and the potato salad on the side was solid. Small place though, so definitely book a table before going.

Claudio’s drinks were the best part—even the off-menu ones hit the mark. Place gets lively, maybe a bit loud, but that’s part of it. Prices are fair for the quality.

Solid espresso, close to what I get in Italy. Comfortable spot to sit and work. Pizza's available too if you need something to eat.

Stumbled into this place after wandering around the old town. The bar itself has that proper historic feel, wood everywhere, low ceilings. Had a gin cocktail that was well made, not too sweet. Staff knew their stuff when I asked about the local spirits. Prices are on the higher side though, you're paying for the setting. Fine for one drink, maybe not for a whole evening.

The appetizer sampler had a good mix of flavors, that part was solid. Steaks came out cooked right, and dessert wrapped things up nicely. The seating area felt a bit cramped though, especially near the window. Not a bad spot if you're in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Stopped by for a hot chocolate on a cold afternoon. It was rich, not too sweet, exactly what I needed. The spot by the window in Münsterhof gives you a solid view of the cathedral. Service was quick and polite. Prices are fair for the location. Good place to warm up if you're in the area.

The staff actually took the time to translate the whole menu for us, which was super helpful. Fondue was solid, exactly what you want on a chilly evening. Place sits in a pretty spot too. Just busy enough that service slowed a bit, but nothing crazy. Good stop if you're nearby.

Cash only — don’t forget. The live Swiss music was the highlight, accordion and strings, proper local vibe. Staff were nice even though my German is basically zero. Pricey, sure, but you’re paying for the atmosphere. Solid spot if you want something authentically Swiss.

Food was solid and the space is gorgeous, but service lagged. We ended up pouring our own wine and still waited forever to get seated.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The garden seating is really pretty, even when it’s a bit busy. We shared a few dishes and everything looked nice on the plate. Prices are on the higher side, but fine for a treat. Service was friendly too. Would come back if I’m in the mood for something a little nicer 🌿

The pizzas and salads are always solid here. Service gets a bit scattered when it's busy, and the smoking on the terrace bothers me, but the food quality keeps me coming back.

Food was solid and the wine list had some good picks. Staff knew their stuff when I asked for a recommendation. Glad we stumbled in here.

The place had a nice warm glow when we walked in—felt right for a slow evening. I went with a glass of their house red, which paired surprisingly well with the veal. For Zurich, the bill didn’t sting as much as I expected. Service was friendly without hovering. Maybe not a destination spot, but solid if you’re nearby.

The chalkboard menu changes daily which I love, and the staff actually took time to explain everything when we couldn't decide. Food was solid, though the kitchen definitely got backed up once it filled up. We waited a bit longer than expected but the vibe made up for it. Good spot for a casual catch-up with friends 🙂
