Great service! Based on previous reviews we were concerned about service but all severs from waiter who greeted us to our wait staff were excellent!!

After searching online for a highly-rated restaurant outside of the busy touristy areas of Luzern, we found this gem on The Fork.  We arrived and were greeted with a great outdoor table.  Our server was helpful and funny.  The menu was great, and they provide an English translation.  The pizza was incredible.   I would highly recommend the chili oil if you like spicy food.  Drinks were great as well.  The feel of the restaurant was just like a neighborhood favorite spot.  It was evident several folks knew each other.  We felt so comfortable.  The place just had an awesome vibe.   If you go downstairs, you can watch the kitchen staff make the pizzas in the wood fire grill.  This was a fantastic dining experience.  Would go again!

The vegan sorbet was fresh and really flavorful&mdash;nice to see dairy-free options done properly. Would&rsquo;ve loved a dessert wine pairing suggestion to go with it though.

Came for a quick bite and the staff were genuinely friendly. Not the fake over-the-top kind, just chill and helpful. Food came out fast too. Place has a relaxed vibe, easy to sit and take your time. Nothing fancy, but it worked for what I needed.

Nice interior, terrace is a solid spot for coffee. Ice cream was good too. Service was quick enough for a busy afternoon.

Mr. Derya (the steward) was very kind and helpful. He helped us for choosing a valuable table and as well informed well about the dishes. The ambient and food was good as well. Enjoyed it!

The pork knuckle was huge for the price, honestly enough for two. Nice spot right by the lake, though the dining room felt a bit formal for my taste.

A 10 is a little high, as it is also a bit expensive, but the food was good, the portions were generous, the service was attentive, even if I think it took about an hour from ordering until we received the mains, but there were no mistakes and it was easy to get the server&#39;s attention, and the atmosphere was nice. 2 in our group had the ribs, which were really tender. We also had a steak, duck and a hamburger and all were very good. There was no room for dessert!

The kids&rsquo; buffet here is a smart idea&mdash;simple stuff they&rsquo;ll actually eat, and they even have proper little cutlery. We sat by the window, the view&rsquo;s decent. Staff were friendly enough. Food&rsquo;s not fancy, but for a family lunch it does the job. Just don&rsquo;t expect anything more than that.

The pizzas were excellent and a  doggy bag was provided for the left overs. I would love to have ordered desert and coffee. However, the waitress was so involved in a conversation with some other customers and the went inside and wasn&#39;t seen again. We decided to go and paid at the counter! The music was also very loud outside.

Good breakfast spread - croissants were fresh, and they even had rice and curry. Coffee machine with creamy milk hit the spot. Solid quick morning stop.

Stopped by for a chocolate bar and ended up staying longer than planned. Staff helped us with the stroller without even asking, which was nice. The chocolate itself was solid &mdash; rich and not too sweet. Didn&#39;t get to try the cakes this time, but the display looked good. Maybe next round.
