  1. PROMOTION: These terms apply to Virgin Atlantic £50 off Promo Code Campaign (the "Promotion").
  2. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (”Trip.com”). By using this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, the coupon T&Cs, our general T&Cs and the decisions of Trip.com.
  3. PROMOTION PLATFORMS: Trip.com mobile app, Trip.com website and mobile website.
  4. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on 06.01.2025 10:00 GMT+0 and ends on 26.01.2025 23:59 GMT+0.
    100 Promo Codes will be released during the Promotion Period.
  5. ELIGIBILITY: Users must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to participate in the Promotion.
  1. PROMO CODES: £50 off Promo Codes can be used:
    a. when paying in GBP;
    b. when booking flights (one-way and return) departing from UK operated by Virgin Atlantic; and
    c.. when booking flights take place between 06.01.2025 and 31.12.2025.
  2. RESTRICTIONS:
    a. Once claimed, Promo Codes are valid until 26.01.2025 23:59 GMT+0, after which it will expire and will no longer be available for use. The validity of the Promo Codes cannot be extended.
    b. The Promotion is limited and the Promo Codes are available for redemption on a first come, first served basis.
    c. The Promo Codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
    d. The Promo Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. GENERAL:
    a. The cancellation and payment policies of each travel product may vary. Please check the specific policies prior to making the reservation.
    b. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
    c. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    d. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

    f. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
