5、App exclusive promotion：a.Trip.com members can enjoy app exclusive prices on selected flights when they sign into the Trip.com app. b.Each user can enjoy app exclusive discounts on a maximum of 3 bookings on the Trip.com app. This promotion applies to selected flights either departing or arriving in Europe only (“Eligible Flights”). c.The app exclusive prices are available on the {UK/DE/NL/ES/FR} version of the Trip.com app. The app exclusive discount is 10 GBP off Eligible Flights, subject to a minimum payment of 1 GBP which applies to each flight ticket originally priced at 10 GBP and under, with the remainder given as a discount. If eligible, the app exclusive discounts are applied automatically.

Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms. e. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
