• A gift card with the value of £1000 to be spent on Trip.com only;
• The gift card is valid for 3 years.

• The Prizes are subject to availability. Trip.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted by the winner.
• The validity of the prize cannot be extended. If a winner does not use any aspect of the prize within the validity period, the prize will be forfeited.
• The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Once issued, they cannot be exchanged for any other type of consideration in money or in kind.
• No type of insurance is included with the voucher.
• The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, taxes or personal expenses. Arranging travel documents, such as passports, visas, proof of health or travel vaccinations, and any other incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.

• Malicious, harmful, and otherwise fraudulent or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Trip.com reserves the right to remove any entries that do not meet the criteria established for this activity, including entries that infringe the rights of others, breach applicable laws, breach these Terms and Conditions, or contain commercial promotional materials.
• Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, or entering more than the permitted number of times, will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to disqualify entrants who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

• Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Trip.com will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices because of spam, account settings, junk-email or other security settings; incorrect or non-functioning contact details; technical, hardware or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections; delayed electronic communications; human error in processing entries; or errors in publishing, administering or announcing the Promotion or prize.
• Trip.com forgoes any liability for damages claimed by third parties based on a user’s entry. If an entrant’s entry causes third parties to claim damages, all liability shall be borne by the entrant. An entrant who violates these terms automatically forfeits any prizes they are set to receive or have received under this activity.
• Upon prior written notice, Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
