Great British Summer Sale – Terms & Conditions
1. PROMOTION:
These terms apply to the Great British Summer Sale campaign (the "Promotion").
2. THESE TERMS:
This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com"). By participating in this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, the coupon T&Cs, our general T&Cs, and the decisions of Trip.com. Please view our full General Terms & Conditions.
3. PROMOTION PLATFORMS:
Trip.com mobile app, Trip.com website, and mobile website.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion starts on 01 July 2026 and ends on 31 July 2026.
5. ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is open to residents of the UK, paying in GBP. Participants must have, or create, a Trip.com account.
6. AVAILABLE OFFERS:
Multiple offers will be available throughout different dates during the Promotion Period, including (but not limited to) the following. Please refer to the landing page for each offer's full details.
(6.1) Thai Airways instant discount
Promotion Period: 01 July 2026 – 06 July 2026.
Promotion Details: 200 tickets with a £30 discount are available during the promotion period. The discount applies to return flights on selected routes from the UK to Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Discounted fares apply to Adult and Child tickets. Payment must be in GBP. Discounted fares can be accessed via the dedicated landing page and are marked with a "Trip.com exclusive discount" tag.
Travel dates: Valid for departures between 01 July 2026 and 31 March 2027.
(6.2) Flight Promotional Codes
Promotion Details: Eligible Trip.com UK users may claim limited-quantity discount codes across the Trip.com Desktop, Mobile Web, and App platforms. All promotional codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, cannot be used with other offers, and apply solely to flight base fares (inclusive of mandatory taxes and fees). Optional add-ons—including checked luggage, seat selection, meals, and travel insurance—are strictly excluded. The promotion applies only to flights departing before 31 December 2026.
First-Come, First-Served Rules: Successfully claiming a code and saving it to a user account does not guarantee booking availability. Codes are dynamically allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis at the exact time of booking checkout. A batch period will conclude early if the allocated code inventory is fully exhausted before the end date. Any claimed but unused codes at the end of each batch validity window will expire immediately, cannot be extended, and are ineligible for reissue.
Promotional Batch Timelines: The promotional campaign is divided into four (4) consecutive weekly release periods. Each new batch will go live at 10:00 BST on its start date:

(6.3) "One-Price" Flight Promotion Campaign Terms
Promotion Period & Eligibility: The promotion will take place across four (4) separate weekly batches between 07 July 2026 and 31 July 2026. This promotion is strictly exclusive to bookings made via the Trip.com UK Mobile App. The promotional prices apply only to flights departing the UK between 07 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.
Promotion Details: The promotion applies only to selected return flights clearly marked with the "One-Price" tag. The promotional price shown is inclusive of essential taxes and fees and excludes any optional add-ons, including but not limited to: checked luggage, seat selection, meals, and travel insurance.For each batch, a total pool of 20 return flight tickets is available and shared across the selected routes. These will be allocated on a strict first-come, first-served basis and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Availability is limited, and promotional fares may sell out at any time after each batch is released.

ATOL Protection:If the purchased flight falls under the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) scheme for ATOL Protection, the final "One Price" fare will be subject to an additional ATOL Protection fee of £2.50. In accordance with CAA policy, ATOL fees are strictly non-refundable. If a passenger voluntarily changes their ticket to an alternative flight, ATOL protection will remain effective for the updated itinerary. ATOL protection ceases once the itinerary is completed or if the flight tickets are cancelled. For further details, please visit the official ATOL website at www.caa.co.uk/ATOL-protection/.
Refund Policy:If your flight is refundable, your final refund will be based on the airline's ticket policy, minus the value of the promotional discount applied to your booking.
(6.4) Hotel Promotional Codes
Promotion Details: Eligible Trip.com UK users may claim limited-quantity discount codes across the Trip.com Desktop, Mobile Web, and App platforms. All promotional codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, cannot be used with other offers, and apply solely to the hotel room rate (inclusive of taxes). Optional add-ons—including city taxes, resort fees, and any other locally applicable charges—are strictly excluded. The promotion applies only to hotel stays completing on or before 31 December 2026.

Promotion Details: During the promotion period, a 5% instant discount will be automatically applied on selected UK, EU, and Eurostar train routes.
(6.6) Eurostar Flash Sale
Promotion Period: 09 July 2026 - 13 July 2026.
Promotion Details: 50% discount will be applied to Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier ticket classes on selected routes, for a minimum of (2) passengers travelling together on the same itinerary in a single transaction
Travel Period: 28 July 2026 - 23 September 2026 (inclusive).
Selected Routes:The discounted fares are available strictly on selected trains for the following routes: London ⇄ Paris; Brussels; Lille; Amsterdam; Rotterdam
(6.7) Train promotional codes - App only
Promotion Details:This promotion offers eligible Trip.com UK users the opportunity to claim and redeem limited-quantity discount codes for UK train bookings. Bookings must be made strictly via the Trip.com UK Mobile App. All promotional codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Promotion Details: This offer is available exclusively on the Trip.com App (UK) and applies strictly to users purchasing a digital UK Railcard via Trip.com for the first time. Eligible users may claim a maximum of one discounted Railcard per promotion batch. To successfully activate the Railcard, customers must purchase a subsequent rail ticket on Trip.com within 180 days of the initial Railcard purchase. Each booking can only use 1 promo code.The promo code cannot be split, given as a gift, or used in conjunction with any other promo code. No change will be given for the discounted amount.
