1. PROMOTION: These terms apply to Trip.com’s PortAventura Giveaway.

2. THESE TERMS: This promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 1 Harbourfront Ave, #03-12/13, Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore (”Trip.com”). By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms & Conditions https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/terms-en-gb.html and the decisions of Trip.com. Trip.com reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse to award the prize or to cancel any bookings, to anyone in breach of these terms or our general Terms & Conditions.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to Trip.com users that are residents of Great Britain and aged 18 years or over, except employees of Trip.com, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on July 18th at 09:00 AM GMT until August 6th at 23:59 PM GMT you can log in to our website or APP where you will find Trip.com’s PortAventura Giveaway page. Here you can click “Participate” to enter the promotion which will give you one chance to win the prize. To increase your chances, you can also click “Invite Friends” and you will be provided with a unique URL to send to your friends to invite them to register as members of Trip.com. Each time a friend registers via the URL you will get two additional chances to win the prize. You can check how many friends have registered on Trip.com’s PortAventura Giveaway page when you are logged in to your Trip.com account. If you download our APP you will also get three additional chances to win. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. HOWEVER, ALL TAXES RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCOME TAX, AIRPORT TAXES FOR FLIGHTS AND CITY TAXES FOR HOTELS.

6. DRAWING: A random drawing performed by a computer process will be conducted on August 7th at 10:00 GMT by Trip.com to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email using the email address on their Trip.com account on August 8th. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being notified by Trip.com. If the winner fails confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days of Trip.com's notification, the winner will be deemed to have waived the prize and Trip.com will not be held liable to it. In this case, the prize remains with Trip.com and Trip.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to either
(i) select another winner in accordance with the determination process set out above or
(ii) choose not to further distribute the prize. The winner will be responsible for arranging any travel, accommodation, travel insurance and travel documents required for the prize, such as passport, visa or proof of health/travel vaccinations.

7. PRIZE:
a. There will be 4 winners. The prizes consists of: 1 main prize and 3 smaller prizes
a. The main prize, which will be offered to the first winner selected in the drawing process set out in Clause 6, is (i) 3 nights accommodation for 4 people at one of PortAventura's designated hotels, and (ii) 4 tickets for three days entrance to the PortAventura World Park & Ferrari Land. The hotel will be designated based on availability and will be part of one of PortAventura 5 stars hotels (Hotel PortAventura, Hotel Gold River, Hotel Caribe, Hotel El Paso or Hotel Colorado Creek).
b. There are 3 smaller prizes, which will be offered to the second, third and fourth winners selected in the drawing process set out in Clause 6. The smaller prizes each consist of 4 tickets for one day entrance to PortAventura Park & Ferrari Land.
c. The winner will be able to enjoy their prize between September 1st, 2023 and January 7, 2024, except Saturdays of the entire season, Easter, from October 28 to November 1 and December 24, 31; according to the opening calendar of the Hotels and subject to availability. Prize not transferable.

b. Trip.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted by the winner.
c. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Trip.com will award the prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
d. If a winner does not use any aspect of the prize within the eligible dates, the prize will be forfeited.


8. PERSONAL DATA: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Trip.com’s Privacy Statement https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-gb.html. See also condition 10 below with regard to the announcement of the winner.

9. WINNERS LIST: Trip.com must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Trip.com will send the encrypted email address of the prize winner to anyone who emails trip.giveaway@trip.com.If you object to the encrypted email address published or made available, please contact us at trip.giveaway@trip.com. In such circumstances, Trip.com may still have to provide the information and winning entry on request; we will let you know if this is the case and provide more information on this when you contact us.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law:
a. Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
b. Trip.com will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or announcement of the prize.
c. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
