These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") apply to the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" ("BOGO") TAP Portugal Flash Sale.

1.Promoter: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 1 Harbourfront Ave, #03-12/13, Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore (098632).
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 7 December 2023 at 10:00:00 (London time) and ends on 8 December 2023 at 23:59:59 (London time).
3. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the UK version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
5. Travel Period: Flights departing from 7 December 2023 to 31 March 2024.
6. Eligible Flight Tickets: The Promotion is applicable to one-way/round-trip economy class flight tickets operated, marketed and validated by TAP Portugal with the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free " promotion tag. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period.
7. The Promotion:
7.1. If you are an Eligible Member and you have booked two Round-Trip Eligible Flight Tickets departing from London to Lisbon and returning from Lisbon to London during the Promotion Period, you are entitled to one of the Round-Trip Eligible Flight Tickets for free (tax and fees included). It is important to note that to be eligible for the Promotion, the two Eligible Flight Tickets must be purchased at the same time and must have the same departure and arrival time.
7.2 Flight bookings made via the Trip App will also enjoy app-exclusive prices.
7.3 Passengers of the Flight Tickets must be over 18 years of age.
7.4 Subject to availbility, the BOGO promotion will be automatically applied during the Promtoion Period to flights with a 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' promotion tag.
8.Limited Redemption: This Promotion is limited and subject to availability. The number of Eligible Flight Tickets is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Each Eligible Member can redeem this Promotion once per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
10. Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies.
11. If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
12. The two Eligible Flight Tickets participating in the Promotion need to be canceled or changed at the same time. In that case, the Eligible Member shall pay the price difference and other miscellaneous charges (if applicable). The airline change and cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price of the Eligible Flight Tickets. For details, please read the TAP Portugal's terms and conditions.
13. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
14. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&C as well as to vary or terminate any of the Promotion at any time. The Promoter reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
15. Conflict of terms and conditions: In the event that any of the terms under this T&C conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
16. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Promoter be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
17. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
18. Governing law: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
