These terms apply to the Summer Staycations campaign (the "Promotion").

The Promotion starts on 10 August 2026 12:00 (GMT+1) and ends on 28 August 2026 23:59 (GMT+1).

The promotion is open to residents of the UK, paying in GBP. Participants must have, or create, a Trip.com account.

Multiple offers will be available throughout the promotion period, including (but not limited to) the following. Please refer to the landing page for each offer's full details.

(i) 20% off hotel stays (max £40 discount):

Availability Period: 10 August 2026 – 28 August 2026 (UK local time).

Details: 40 x 20% off codes (max £40 discount) will be released every Thursday during the campaign period (13, 20, 27 August). The code is available to the first 40 users who complete an eligible hotel booking using the code. Copying the code does not guarantee availability for redemption.

Conditions: Valid for hotel stays which take place before 31 December 2026.

Validity: The code can be redeemed at any time until 28 August 2026. Once all codes have been redeemed, the offer will end. Any codes that have not been redeemed will be invalid and no longer usable.

(i) Train promotional codes:

Promotion Details: This promotion offers eligible Trip.com UK users the opportunity to claim and redeem limited-quantity discount codes for UK train bookings during the specified campaign batches. Promotion codes can be claimed and used on the Trip.com Mobile App only. Promotion codes are available in limited quantities and can only be claimed and redeemed during their respective batch validity periods, or until the allocated supply for that batch is completely exhausted.

Promotion codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please refer to the campaign landing page for further details.

Eligibility: This promotion is strictly exclusive to bookings made via the Trip.com UK Mobile App.

     Offer: 20% off UK train bookings (max discount £5). Available on 14, 21 & 28 August. Maximum discount £5. Quantity: 100 codes available on 14, 21 & 28 August.

Promotion Details: This offer is available exclusively on the Trip.com App (UK) and applies to UK Railcards. The offer is limited in quantity, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. It is specifically for users purchasing a digital UK Railcard via Trip.com for the first time.

On specific dates during the promotion period, a limited number of discounted railcards will be offered while stocks last. Each user may claim the discounted Railcard once per promotion batch.

After purchasing the discounted Railcard, customers must buy a UK rail ticket on Trip.com within 180 days to activate their Railcard. Please refer to the landing page for further details.

Availability Period:

     Batch 1: 20 August 2026 (17:00 BST) – 21 August 2026 (23:59 BST).

     Batch 2: 27 August 2026 (17:00 BST) – 28 August 2026 (23:59 BST).

Details: During the promotion period, £2 instant discount will be automatically applied on selected UK train routes with a minimum spend of £30. Only applicable on travel dates after 28 August 2026.

a. Limited quantities of promotion codes are available to claim during promotion period. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted.

b. The promotional code can only be claimed once and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

c. Once the promotion code has been claimed and successfully applied to a qualifying booking, it shall be deemed fully redeemed and shall not be refundable, transferable, extendable or exchangeable for cash or any other form of credit.

d. Once all the promotion codes have been redeemed within the validity period, the offer will end.

e. The promotion code is provided as a complimentary benefit and holds no cash value. Accordingly, no refund, reimbursement, or compensation shall be payable in respect of the promotion code under any circumstances, including but not limited to booking cancellation, amendment, or non-use.

f. Trip.com reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.

c. Individual product cancellation and payment policies vary; check before booking.

d. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com is not liable for losses arising from participation in this Promotion.

e. Trip.com may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion when necessary.

f. Users may not use multiple identities/devices to circumvent rules. Trip.com may cancel bookings for fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

g. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Trip.com's Privacy Statement.

h. These terms are governed by Singapore law; Singapore courts have jurisdiction (without affecting mandatory rights of the consumer's home country).
