The location is easy to find, and the service is excellent. The onboard buffet is good, we took the glass-bottom boat twice, the Great Barrier Reef is stunning, the snorkeling experience was pleasant, and the kids had a great time.

The place desserve 5 stars, the venue is incredibly beautiful, the kangaroos are amazing and so relax, but zero star for the owner Garry. He’s so unpleasant, unbearable, and criticises all the time humans, why he pretends to be so essential for the kangaroos whereas he’s never replying properly to the questions about them and just continually says “humans are stupid” for only answer ?On a top of that, he was near to having troubles at the very beginning, we were just arrived at 7:00 pm but he was obviously not happy for the “late hour” so we tried to park and he hit our motor home’s window. We would love to rate 5 stars if he did an effort to be more friendly with his horrible humans customers that we are cause indeed, that still a business all paid by cash which enable him to support his property.
