Gold Coast beach stretches for approx. 70 km, and its golden sand is a hallmark of this coastline, which is how it got the name Gold Coast. The sand is fine and glows with a warm golden luster in the sunlight, while the water transitions from a shallow turquoise near the shore to a deep blue in the distance, creating distinct layers. The beach features several distinct sections along its length, with a lively atmosphere in the north and a relatively quieter vibe in the south, catering to visitors with different preferences. Surfing is a signature, long-standing experience at this beach. The coastline boasts several famous surf breaks, including the Superbank near Snapper Rocks, which is known for producing long, hollow waves that attract a large number of surfers year-round. Surf lifesavers patrol the beach, and red and yellow flags mark safe swimming areas. A coastal walkway connects the various beach sections, making it a great way to explore by walking or cycling. The beach enjoys abundant sunshine and a mild climate year-round, with different sections catering to various needs.Surfers Paradise · 43km from Beaudesert

Suitable for the whole family, if you arrive early when it opens, the queues for the three thrilling roller coasters are shorter. There are shows, and drop towers and roller coasters suitable for younger children. The ice cream in the park is delicious.

The rides and attractions are good. However, most of the rides got only one staff operating the process. Even though not many people were queuing (maybe around 30), we had to wait for at least 30 mins or more. Therefore we didn’t have enough time to play.

The Temporin Mountain National Park in Gold Coast is located not far from the Gold Coast. The forests here are dense, and you can overlook the sea view of Gold Coast from the viewing platform on the top of the mountain. There are many wild parrots living in this national park. They are colorful and very beautiful. They fly around in the forest like little elves.

5 stars for the degree of enjoyment and 5 stars for the degree of excitement. Try to avoid weekends and holidays, as the queues under the sun are too long. If you go in the morning, it is recommended to grab a good position in the surfing pool after arriving. There is a row of lounge chairs on the shore.

Koalas are very cute, and you can take photos with them for an extra 35 AUD. However, you can't hold them. Kangaroos are very quiet and you can approach and pet them. The sheepdogs' herding show is quite good.
