Reviews: Ho Chi Minh - Nha Trang Sleeper Bus by Nhat Duong - Binh Minh Bus limousine

Everything went well; the driver didn't speed or honk the horn the whole way, like some other drivers. We left on schedule at 10:10 PM and arrived in Nha Trang around 4:30 AM. The ticket price could have been lower, because basically, as stated, you pay for a night on the sleeper bus and, if you arrive at night, you have to pay extra for an early check-in or a full night's hotel reservation, or, if you're desperate, you have to wait until check-in at 2:00 PM, roughly 12 hours.

Everything was great! I loved it, there was free water and mini chips. The views were beautiful, but I remember the ships with tons of containers; it was interesting to see them. They were shipping orders from China.

First, you're picked up from the city bus station, then transferred to a larger bus. The journey took eight hours, with two restroom stops along the way. Upon arrival, you're transferred to smaller buses and taken to the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, explaining everything. We took a capsule for two; they're usually located downstairs, so there was plenty of room for us, but larger or taller people are better off taking separate capsules.
Reviews: Ho Chi Minh City Sightseeing Bus (NEW) – Hop-on Hop-off Day & Night Tours

I took the night tour on a dedicated sightseeing shuttle because I wanted to see the night view of Ho Chi Minh City. Since it was a non-stop course that went around for 45 minutes, I could just sit back and enjoy it comfortably. There wasn't an audio guide, but I actually liked that there wasn't one, so I could just play music, and focus on the night view while feeling the breeze. Because it was an open-top bus, the view from above was wide open, and the illuminated downtown Ho Chi Minh City at night had a really atmospheric vibe. It felt completely different from seeing it while walking around. Since it was a short and simple course, it was perfect for a light evening enjoyment on the last day of my trip!
Reviews: Ho Chi Minh - Mui Ne Phan Thiet Bus By Hanh Cafe

It's convenient, and purchasing through the app turned out to be considerably cheaper than directly from the carrier. The only thing I'd like to warn you about is the insane traffic jams experienced by Vietnamese summer residents returning to the city after the weekend. The transfer bus that takes you into the city never showed up; it got stuck in traffic. After waiting for an hour, I teamed up with another passenger and took a taxi. The traffic was terrible; the ride took us about three hours. If you're flying, plan your trip accordingly.
