Ticket redemption time: Tickets must be collected at least 30 minutes before departure.
(BALIHAI) Pier, after crossing the bridge, walk to the end and turn left to Pier E. Redeem your ticket by presenting the QR code on your confirmation slip, then proceed to the adjacent Pier E to board the boat.
If the booking cannot be used due to personal reasons, it is non-refundable and non-changeable.
If you cannot board on time, you will need to pay a speedboat fee of 200 THB per person at the spot to board.
(Late arrivals over 30 mins cannot board)
