An absolutely fantastic day and one of the highlights of my China trip! The itinerary included sunrise over Golden Snow Mountain, Blue Moon Valley, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain cableway and the spectacular Impression Lijiang show. The scenery was breathtaking throughout, and reaching 4,680 metres after taking the cable car to 4,506 metres was a real achievement! Definitely an altitude challenge, but so worth it. A special mention must go to our driver/guide, Master Ye Fan, who was absolutely brilliant. She did an amazing job organising the timings throughout the day, making sure everything flowed perfectly and we got to enjoy every experience without feeling rushed. Her planning really made the difference. We were a small group of just seven, and everyone spoke English, which made the day even more enjoyable. Everything came together perfectly, from the sunrise to the final show. Stunning scenery, excellent organisation and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 5/5

Including shuttle driver service attitude is very good, good car, Spruce Flat and Blue Moon Valley battery car is not included, but there is no advance notice The process is very unsmooth, embarrassing, to find the site left and right to know we have no tickets, to go back and find the ticket office to buy tickets, feel not good, impression Lijiang VI P supplementary ticket collection office, very unprofessional, only in a small storefront stall to get tickets, completely beyond imagination, walked back and forth three times to know, even sent a video for us to watch, can not understand , feel bad 👎, CS Online service, also very up-to-date, praise

It was fantastic; they gave us plenty of time between the two cable car rides. The driver was also excellent, reminding us of the cable car schedules around the same time and providing clear directions for both the cable car and the bus, making it easy to find our way. The customer service representative was very helpful, checking on our physical condition after we came down from the mountain, offering many suggestions, and recommending several good restaurants.

The driver was very responsible. Even though he didn't pick me up at the South Gate of the ancient city, he immediately called to confirm my location. He explained things along the way and taught me how to prevent altitude sickness. We booked a "pure tour," and he assured us there were no hidden costs or forced purchases inside the scenic areas. He guided us step-by-step through the attractions. The tour included entrance tickets, and the driver immediately bought me a cable car ticket upon arrival. He sent messages at each attraction explaining how to get around, where to take the electric cart, and how to take the light rail back. He also sent messages at lunchtime telling us where to eat and where to check tickets and take the cable car afterward. When the tour ended in the afternoon and the others hadn't returned, he arranged for another driver from his team to take me back, so I didn't have to wait. He was truly wonderful! It was my first time seeing the sunrise over the golden mountains!
