I was hesitant at first , but honestly the minute we arrived and met the staff we instantly felt better. Such a professional and energetic staff. The itinerary seems short in writing but believe me it was more than enough it was the right amount of fun. Beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

Reviews: Mount Fuji Hakone Owakudani and Lake Yamanaka 1-day tour, with complimentary Owakudani cable car, optional small group pickup and drop-off
Guest User2026-09-18
A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.

We went on a tour with transfers, a cable car ride, and lunch. We loved everything. Our guide, Sveta, is fantastic. She explains everything in great detail. The city itself and, of course, the wall are very impressive. Incredibly beautiful and breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

Reviews: Mutianyu Great Wall 1-day tour with chairlift and toboggan ticket and optional private chartered tour pickup
Guest User2026-11-06
We got a private driver which was great and easy. Left at 7.30am so we didn't get caught by the crowds going up the cable car or down the toboggan. The left side is easy to walk the right side has some steep stairs. The autumn leaves looked really cool too.
