Order notice:
1. This product requires a minimum of 4 passengers to form a group. Please confirm your group booking is successful before making travel arrangements.
2. Vehicle information: Groups with fewer than 6 people will use a 7-seat Chevrolet SUV, while groups of 6 or more will use the specially customized Arctic Aurora vehicle. If you have any concerns, please contact customer support to confirm the number of participants.
Note:
1) Please bring your own swimwear, towels, slippers, and quarters (for changing room locker rental).
2) The Fairbanks Ice Museum opening hours are 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM.
3) Please choose Appletini (alcoholic beverage) with caution, especially before soaking in hot springs - it is not recommended to drink.
4) Since the hot springs are natural sulfur springs, travelers with cardiovascular diseases should reasonably arrange their hot spring soaking duration.
5) The outdoor hot spring pool is prohibited for minors under 18 years old; they can use the indoor whirlpool and swimming pool.
6) Hot spring meeting point: Campaign Center (Activities Center);
7) For dinner, you can choose to dine at Zhena Hot Spring Restaurant, and light meals are also available at the activity center.
8) If you are unable to experience the hot spring due to personal reasons on the day, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of this activity with no refund or compensation.
