Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

You may need to wait in line during peak hours

For summer hanfu, we recommend wearing light-colored undergarments.

Photo selection time: approx. 1 day after shooting

Photo pickup time: approx. 7 days after selection (can be sent to you via WeChat or email)

Hanfu rental requires a clothing deposit of $400 per set for outings, with the exact amount depending on the garment's value. During the rental period, minor damages or small unremovable stains will result in partial deposit deductions based on severity.

The rental is valid for 24 hours, please return it during operating hours.

All Hanfu costumes follow a one-guest-one-wash-one-disinfection standard.
