Attraction introduction

Hukou Waterfall is a national scenic area and a AAAAA-rated tourist attraction. It borders Hukou Town in Ji County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province to the east and Hukou Town in Yichuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province to the west, making it a shared tourist destination between the two provinces. As China's second-largest waterfall and the world's largest yellow waterfall, the Yellow River rushes through steep cliffs on both sides, narrowing at the mouth like a pot's spout—hence the name Hukou Waterfall.

Wang Family Courtyard, also known as Zicheng Ancestral Temple, is located near Ciba'ao (Yantan New City) in Yantan District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province. Construction began in the 16th year of Emperor Guangxu's reign (1890) and was completed in the 22nd year (1896). It was built by the five Wang brothers, salt merchants led by Wang Hefu, in memory of their father. The Wang Family Courtyard covers an area of 7,588.67 square meters (over 11 mu) with a building area of 4,536 square meters, featuring the Chuan-dou style residential architecture of Sichuan. The courtyard faces southwest, surrounded by mountains on three sides and water on one. It preserves over 600 well-maintained stone carvings, wood carvings, and plaster sculptures, making it a well-preserved historical relic of salt merchants.
