Participation Restrictions

• Available to those 16 years and above (15 years and below not allowed)
• Must have the balance ability to ride a bicycle.
• Can understand safety instructions in English.
• Not pregnant.
• No chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, or dizziness.
• Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Requirements

• Passport required for identity verification (driver's license not accepted)
• An authorization letter containing disclaimer clauses must be signed
• Mandatory safety and operation briefing (approx. 5 min)
• Must be able to understand simple English commands

Essential items/clothing to bring

• Valid proof of ID can be confirmed.
• Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity.
• Footwear requirement: Shoes with secured heels (such as sneakers) must be worn.
• The following footwear is prohibited: sandals, high heels, platform shoes, Crocs, etc.

Other Information

• In case of rain or bad weather, the activity may be canceled or rescheduled (notification will be given the day before or on the day).
• You must wear the provided helmet throughout the activity.
• If safety riding rules are not followed, the organizer reserves the right to terminate the experience.
• Requires cycling-level balance ability
• If the test ride shows unstable performance, the organizer reserves the right to decline participation based on safety considerations (full refund will be provided).
• No carry-on baggage allowed. We recommend using a backpack or crossbody bag to keep your hands free.
• Please keep your valuables with you as the organizer does not provide storage services.
• If you need luggage storage, paid lockers are available on-site (please store large luggage in advance)
• The itinerary end time may change due to traffic conditions and other factors on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
