I had a great experience with tour guides Li Huixing and Liu Depeng this time. The meeting point was confirmed and some important information was provided via WeChat the night before. The day of the activity was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and the time was well-planned. The tour guides were very friendly and helpful. Guide Liu is very knowledgeable about history, and his afternoon tours of the Summer Palace and Old Summer Palace were excellent; highly recommended.

The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual. The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming. Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching. Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame. The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.

The whole is well planned and timely except for a few who arrived late. Our tour guide Yuan Bo is knowledgeable and friendly. As I’m traveling with my elderly mum, he ensured there is sufficient rest for everyone. Each places we went, he explained everything into details.

We had a wonderful time on the Discover Nha Phu Bay: Full-Day Exploration of Orchid and Monkey Islands tour and it was a perfect holiday activity for our family (2 adults and 1 child). From the moment we met at Long Phu Pier, everything was well organized and smooth. Transportation was comfortable, and the English-speaking guide was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, making the experience enjoyable for both adults and children. Orchid Island was peaceful and beautifully maintained, with stunning flowers and relaxing scenery. Monkey Island was definitely the highlight for our child — entertaining, lively, and full of fun interactions. It was exciting without feeling rushed, and safety was clearly a priority. Lunch was included and pleasantly exceeded our expectations, offering tasty local dishes that everyone enjoyed. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing us to explore, take photos, and relax while still covering everything planned.

The tour guide picked us up on time and drove very steadily. The key is that he spoke Chinese very well. He also dropped us off at the entrance of each attraction. He would park the car and then come back to buy tickets to take us in. He was very considerate.

Amazing. Only thing that wasn’t amazing was the weather 😅 but of course that’s out of the control of the guides. Even with the weather the tour was great. Had Katie as a guide and she was brilliant, not a single thing bad to say. Will definitely come back hopefully for a JSA tour, hope to have Katie as a guide again. She was very knowledgeable of the areas history, able to answer any question, and even eagerness to learn new languages from guests. Katie had such great energy and enthusiasm for her job, the tour, and making sure we all had a great time. The tour is great for groups or solo travellers everything is well organised and done in a good way to make sure everyone experiences everything. Would 100% recommend.
