Please note: This itinerary departs from and returns to Hamilton Island. Guests departing from Airlie Beach are responsible for their own transfer transportation costs and associated risks. For guests traveling round-trip to Airlie Beach, we are not responsible for missed transfers and no refunds will be provided.

If the originally booked itinerary cannot operate normally, Explore Group reserves the right to cancel or change all itineraries at any time and provide alternative products or itineraries.

Explore Group shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or death of passengers onboard or during the trip.

Explore Group is not responsible for any loss of personal property on board or during the trip.

All passengers must follow any instructions given by the crew during the voyage or trip.

The company reserves the right to refuse carriage of any passenger, baggage, or item without reason.

Passengers may only consume alcoholic beverages purchased or provided on board.

The company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by the cancellation or modification of any itinerary.

Explore Group is not responsible for travelers' round-trip transfer arrangements to Hamilton Island on the day of the itinerary.

Travelers must strictly comply with the age restrictions. If a guest does not meet the specified age requirements, Explore Group reserves the right to deny their participation.

If Explore Group cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund or be able to change your travel date.

These terms also apply to changing itinerary dates.

We recommend passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to travel plans that may incur cancellation fees.
