6. According to mainland customs regulations, passengers must exit the vehicle for customs inspection with all their luggage. Drivers cannot retrieve or store luggage on passengers' behalf. Our company strictly complies with China's Customs Regulations on Articles Carried by Passengers Entering/Exiting the Country and prohibits smuggling. If passengers carry items exceeding customs limits that require declaration, drivers will provide reasonable advice. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers insist on carrying prohibited items, and our company assumes no responsibility for any resulting consequences.
7. Hong Kong prohibits pregnant women from mainland China from entering. If there is a pregnant passenger, the buyer must explicitly inform us when placing the order. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all responsibility for any issues encountered during immigration.
According to Hong Kong regulations: Non-Hong Kong residents who are more than 7 months pregnant are not permitted to enter. Pregnant women who are 6 months pregnant or less must provide a doctor's certificate stating that they are fit to travel.
The above are regulations from the Hong Kong government. We are only a fleet, and whether entry is permitted ultimately depends on Hong Kong border control.
1. If Hong Kong immigration denies entry and the car service ends at the border, our car fee will be charged in full.
2. If you need to be dropped off at the point of departure, an additional return car fee will be charged.
3. If the entry screening for pregnant women by the Hong Kong Department of Health or immigration takes more than 30 minutes, an additional waiting fee of $200 per hour will be charged, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour.
8. Wait Time Policy:
Airport pick-up bookings include a 60-min free waiting time, except for Hong Kong airport pick-up bookings, which include a 90-min free waiting time (starting from the flight's actual landing time by default). All other itinerary bookings include a 30-min free waiting time. Please arrange your pick-up/drop-off time reasonably according to your itinerary.
9. Unforeseeable circumstances affecting travel vehicles include: traffic jams, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, routine customs inspections, natural disasters, wars, etc. Our store is not responsible for any resulting impact or losses.
10. If the passenger is unable to use the car as originally planned due to personal reasons (e.g., incomplete or expired ID, being processed by customs for carrying prohibited items, overdue, or abandoning car rental services), the passenger shall bear full responsibility. The store has the right to cancel the booking without liability and charge the full car rental fee.
11. Travelers, please take all your baggage when getting off the car for customs clearance. The driver cannot assist with customs declaration or baggage storage. The self-clearance process typically takes about 15 minutes (subject to actual port conditions).
Children under 12.3 years old or seniors over 65 can use the special courtesy lane at the port for faster clearance.
13. Passengers are fully responsible for any inability to use the car service as planned due to personal reasons (including expired or incomplete IDs, carrying prohibited items, customs detention, overdue service, or voluntarily abandoning the car service). The store reserves the right to cancel the booking without liability and charge the full car rental fee.
14. Before traveling, please prepare your ID. If you are leaving Chinese mainland with a Chinese mainland passport or Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, you must print your flight ticket itinerary or download it to your mobile phone to clear customs.
15. Can I smoke or eat on the vehicle?
