What's included

Includes guide service fee

1. Excludes transportation fees incurred during the service, as well as admission tickets for the guide and customer; 2. Excludes the guide's meal expenses for the day and guide overtime fees.

How to use

After placing a booking, you can inform customer support of the departure time and location.

Alternatively, customer support or the guide will contact you one day in advance to confirm the itinerary, meeting location, and departure time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 75% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Professional hiking guide provides full-service throughout the journey. Overtime fees will apply for extended hours. Please be advised.

2. Additionally, clients are responsible for transportation and taxi fees related to hiking tours. For certain attractions that require admission tickets for recreational activities, clients must cover these costs themselves. The guide's admission ticket is also not included, or clients may ask the guide to assist with booking, with the actual cost reimbursed to the guide afterward.

3. During the tour, clients are responsible for the guide's working meals. You may dine together with the guide if convenient. Otherwise, a meal allowance of 60 CNY can be provided to the guide.

4. Feel free to communicate and provide feedback with our team anytime during your trip if you encounter any issues. We'll assist you promptly to resolve any problems.
