
Travelers with diabetes, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular diseases should carefully consider before booking underwater activities.
Cancellation is not allowed due to physical conditions (such as colds, menstrual periods, etc.).
Please check all health requirements before booking. Read the health and liability form carefully and understand all physical conditions that prohibit diving. Once the booking is confirmed, travelers will be responsible for any cancellations of underwater walking or diving experiences due to personal health reasons on the day of the activity.
Children under 12 years old cannot participate in deep diving or sea walking.
Children under 4 years old cannot participate in the helicopter tour.
Prescription masks: Available for rent on the outer reef platform; standard masks are provided free of charge.
Storage: Lockers are available for rent on the Outer Reef pontoon for approx. $5 AUD. (Prices are subject to change.)
We recommend bringing: sun protection, a bath towel, and an underwater camera. Bring a small amount of cash to buy drinks, or you can bring your own.
Underwater camera: Professional camera rental services are available next to the pier counter hall.
Motion sickness medicine is available for purchase on board. Guests prone to seasickness are advised not to eat too much for breakfast.
Before scuba diving, you need to fill out a medical health form to determine if your physical condition is suitable for deep diving.
Before the deep dive, the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching basic communication signals and underwater precautions.
After a single deep dive in one day, it is recommended to avoid high-altitude flights for 12 hours.
