Nine hours. Pure nature. And an experience that felt less like a tour and more like stepping into another world.
With Tony’s Tropical Tour, we went deep into the Daintree Rainforest — far away from the usual paths and into hidden scenery you’d never find on your own. This wasn’t about ticking off sights, it was about truly being there.
Our guide Ash was absolutely outstanding. Super knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely connected to the rainforest. No dry facts — just engaging stories, insight, humor, and a great sense of when to talk… and when to let the rainforest speak for itself.
What made this experience special was the constant change of locations. Every stop felt different: dense jungle, quiet rivers, ancient trees, soft light breaking through the canopy. Always a new perspective, always something unexpected.
The hidden scenery was breathtaking. Places where time seems to slow down, where you feel small in the best possible way, surrounded by something much bigger than yourself. That calm, that silence, that deep connection — unforgettable.
And still, it wasn’t all quiet and serious — we had a lot of fun. Laughing, exploring, sharing moments. The perfect balance between learning, adventure, and pure enjoyment.
By the end of the day, one thing was clear:
This wasn’t sightseeing.
This was a real rainforest experience.
Grateful. Grounded. Exhausted in the best way.

Great tour with an exhaustive coverage of all main spots to visit at Daintree rainforest. Our guide, Tomi, was knowledgeable and spoke english, Spanish, Portoguese and Italian. The only minor negative is that we only saw a small croc during the boat trip at Cape Trib. That said, the tour is highly recommended★

Excellent day trip!! It’s a jam packed day but you get to experience so much and such a variety of activities - Mossman Gorge, Daintree rainforest, River cruise & Cape Tribulation to name a few plus all the stops for photos!!!!Morning tea and cream scones were fab! Lunch was a quirky restaurant with great food and loved the chance to sample so many Australian fruits - and the history of them!!! Mario our guide was great - very patient, looked after us really well and very informative in all our stops. The rain did not take away from our enjoyment! Loved it all!! Thank you…★

We had an excellent day, I learned so much from our tour guide Daniel who was also very funny and friendly. Everything was very well organised and I was impressed with vegan food options throughout the day. Highly recommend!
