The experience was great. We were traveled on double decker. If you take seats upstares on the first seats, it will the great experience to observe city on the way. The studio is amazing and you are a Harry Potter fan, it is a must to visit. ★

We had messed up our reservation date and as we were going to get on the bus we were informed of this unfortunate news, but Sohail working at the bus stop was very very kind and was able to manage getting us to the lot so we would be able to go and rebook. He was very positive and helpful and in going out of his way to turn our day around, made the rest of the day feel like a breeze. The experience itself was amazing. Seeing the sets you grew up watching on a screen in person was unreal. The flow of everything was very smooth and magical. It was nice having the info guide so we were able to know where to go but get more insight on the sets. Overall it was such a great experience crafted with intentionality and care. Would highly recommend going if you are a Potter Head!
