Essential Medications: Due to significant differences in dietary habits and climate between northern and southern regions, travelers should follow local customs and carry common medications as backup. 4. Dietary Restrictions: Xi'an is home to many ethnic minorities from northwest China, predominantly Muslim communities who follow halal dietary practices. Please respect others' dietary customs.


▲ 5. Free time: The itinerary passes through many popular tourist areas with large crowds and complex environments. If you wish to go out during free time or after the day's activities, you must go with companions and obtain the hotel's business card and the guide's contact number. Please carefully assess the potential risks of expenses, property, and personal safety during outings, as the travel agency cannot be held responsible! 6. Leaving the group: Before leaving the group, you must sign a "Letter of Responsibility for Leaving the Group," which will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting all rights under this travel contract. The travel agency will not bear any responsibility after you leave the group.

Transportation costs: Local taxis (starting fare of 9 yuan with 2 yuan per unit, varying between day and night rates), approximately 200 yuan for transfers between the airport and hotel (depending on vehicle type). 8. Special circumstances: Travelers shall bear any losses or additional costs caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters or weather changes. 9. Code of conduct: Travelers are expected to voluntarily comply with the "Civilized Tourism Convention for Chinese Citizens" and social ethics, respecting the rights of others!

These shopping spots are not arranged by the travel agency. If visitors choose to shop, it is entirely voluntary. Please assess the quality of the goods yourself and request valid purchase receipts from the merchants to protect your rights. If you need to "return or exchange" items after returning, our agency will assist based on the specific circumstances of the purchase. 2. Fee Standards: Local guides may mention experience activities related to local culture and customs (including performances, cuisine, night tours, additional attractions, etc.) during their explanations. If visitors request arrangements by the guide, the fees charged by the guide (excluding the service fee and transportation costs) must not exceed the prices set by the merchants.

If more than half of the travelers in the same group are willing to participate in additional optional activities (fees excluded), those who choose not to participate will need to wait nearby during free time. 3. Itinerary adjustments: The guide may adjust the sequence of the itinerary based on specific circumstances, provided that no services are reduced, standards are not lowered, and agreement is reached with the travelers. 4. Uniform standards: To ensure service quality, the travel agency provides uniform service standards for all group members. Travelers and booking departments are not allowed to alter these service standards. Complaints arising from unilateral changes to service standards will not be accepted by our agency!


▲ 5. For seniors: Those over 65 years old must have a direct relative co-sign the "Group Tour Liability Waiver Agreement." Those over 70 require family or friends to accompany them on the trip. Those over 80 are not permitted to join the tour. 6. For minors: Those under 18 years old cannot register alone.
