Tasting on January 8, 2026. The man who guided me, Pierre, was truly friendly from start to finish. The explanation was engaging and completely immersed me in the terroir of Burgundy. I was able to understand the sentimental value and passion behind every single bottle that every producer (large or small) produces annually. At the tasting, I tasted one wine from each category, starting from the "lowest" (regional) appellation and working my way up to the highest, a Grand Cru. I recommend this experience because for wine lovers, it's an absolute must-do in Dijon.

We had a marvelous time!!! In our friend group, we speak english and spanish. Our guide seamlessly spoke english, french, and Spanish and made our experience so special. The wine is top tier and we loved all the reference materials that came with the session. Aside from that, the wine is delicious and we bought a bottle after!

Nice tour but would have been nice to see more of the winemaking process ie any barrels etc. The three tastings were variable but the first two were very good and interesting. Valentin our tour guide was great and spoke excellent English.
