Vintage Car Special Circumstances Cancellation Policy

Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Chase by Vintage Car:

1. If the hot air balloon ride is canceled on the day of travel, the vintage car tour cannot be refunded or have its route changed. The scenic spots will be changed to Rose Valley, Love Valley, and Avanos Highway ( https://shmkapadokya.kapadokya.edu.tr/ - this link shows whether hot air balloons can fly; green indicates flights are possible, while red and yellow mean no flights).

2. If the hot air balloon ride is canceled with one day's notice, full refund or rescheduling is available for the vintage car experience at no additional cost.

Sunset Vintage Car:

1. If severe weather conditions such as heavy rain affect your travel plans on the departure day, please contact customer support in advance to discuss postponement or refund arrangements. The final decision will be subject to confirmation with the fleet.

Out-of-range transfer fee: 100 CNY per vehicle (Urgup area)

Out-of-Area Transfer Fee: 120 CNY/Vehicle (Mustafa Area)

Cross-zone transfer fee: 150 CNY per vehicle (Kaymakli area)

How to use

After booking, please contact the supplier's online customer support promptly to obtain your ride voucher. The specific pickup time on the day of travel will be confirmed no later than the day before departure.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
