Hot air balloon rides are aviation activities that require real-name registration. After placing your order, you must provide a full photo of your passport's first page along with your hotel or cruise information.

2. Children must be at least 6 years old to participate in the hot air balloon ride. Same price for all visitors, with no concession pricing.

3. Sunrise departure time slots are limited, so please book in advance. Last-minute bookings do not guarantee a sunrise departure time slot.

4) The hot air balloon ride landing location and time are random, subject to actual weather conditions, wind speed, and direction on the day. We appreciate your understanding that these cannot be guaranteed.

5. Hot air balloon rides are uniformly managed by the airline and cannot be manually intervened. When taking the ferry across the river, we fill out the registration forms on board and then wait for the airline's instructions to sail to the takeoff point for departure arrangements (in rare cases such as delays or adjustments to the departure time slot due to airline air traffic control, please wait patiently and prioritize safety).

6. Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other conditions should not participate in any thrilling activities. Safety comes first. If you conceal your condition and participate, you will be responsible for the consequences. Please be aware.

7. If the trip is canceled due to weather conditions preventing takeoff, temporary civil aviation authority restrictions, hot air balloon damage, or other uncontrollable circumstances, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.

8. Please be extremely careful when boarding and exiting the hot air balloon ride. You'll need to lift your legs high to step in/out, so we recommend wearing comfortable pants and shoes. Our shop only provides booking services and assumes no responsibility for any accidents that may occur.

9. Please keep your personal belongings safe during the hot air balloon ride to avoid dropping them. 10. There are vendors selling CDs and photos around the hot air balloon area. We recommend not purchasing them as they are expensive and of average quality. Any quality issues with purchased photography CDs are not the responsibility of our store.

11. If vendors spontaneously offer parrots or other animals for petting, please note that this service is chargeable and not affiliated with our store.

12. Gratuities are voluntary and not required.
