Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. Translation/Guide service time slot: Daytime, continuous service, no secondary service will be provided after interruption.
2. Calculation of service hours for translators/guides/local guides: Service hours are calculated from the agreed time, including time spent on sightseeing, transportation, and meals.
3. Price to be confirmed again.
Prices are subject to inquiry during exhibitions and holidays.
5. Travelers are responsible for the guide's transportation and meal expenses (Meals: You may choose to dine together).
