The bus was well-managed and fully equipped. There was a bottle of mineral water, two small pillows, a blanket, a TV, and a massage. The service was excellent, especially Miss Trang. She was responsive, polite, and patient in responding to chats, and was responsible and kind enough to recommend the best bus. I am truly grateful to her. The bus was very clean and comfortable. ππβ
