1. For this activity, the study tour guide will lead the group into the park. Please arrange your time accordingly. If you are late, you will need to purchase another admission ticket to enter the park and find the group on your own. Thank you for your understanding.
2.6 family groups required to form a tour. If the group is not formed, a refund will be issued 1 day in advance. No compensation will be provided for tours canceled due to insufficient participants. Please be advised!
3. Please bring your ID for the trip. If you are late, you will need to purchase your own admission ticket to enter the venue and regroup. The missed guide content due to lateness cannot be supplemented, and the paid guide fee will not be refunded.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
