How to Use:

After successful ticket issuance, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your email. Please verify the information on the confirmation voucher. The actual departure time and driver's contact number will be sent via SMS to your registered phone number one day before travel. If you change your phone number, please inform us promptly. If you do not receive the meeting SMS, please contact us as soon as possible. On the day of travel, please present your electronic confirmation voucher and arrive at the designated meeting point before the scheduled time (we recommend arriving 20 min early).

Note: The tour will conclude at either Central Station or Furama Hotel, and no other locations can be arranged.

Please arrive at the meeting point in advance to wait for boarding. Do not arrive at the last minute or be late, as the driver will not wait beyond the scheduled time. Any losses caused by lateness will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

Travel times may change due to weather and traffic conditions. Any changes are made in the interest of passenger safety and benefit. We are not responsible for snow conditions or weather on the day of travel.

Passengers will begin boarding 15 minutes before departure. If you are unable to board before the departure time, the fare will not be refunded. There is no advance seat assignment, and seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger who is intoxicated due to the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Inappropriate behavior is not permitted during the visit. We reserve the right to remove passengers who pose safety risks to others. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage/items.

We recommend that everyone purchase their own travel insurance.

15:30 - Departure back to Sydney

Instructions for use

Please arrive at your pick-up point 10 minutes in advance. The driver has the right to refuse service if you do not board at the selected location. You will be responsible for any missed activities due to late arrival.
